Sangavi Murugan
Selvi Sangavi is the first daughter of Murugan-Velumani from Komarapalayam in Namakkal district.
She completed her higher education at Gurusamipalayam and her higher secondary at Komarapalayam. She was a gold medalist at Bharathiar University. She completed her B.Sc. at Erode Sri Vasavi College. She then went on to complete her Master's Degree via distance education at Bharathiar University.
During her years at school and college, she honed her talent as an essayist, poet and speaker. Her work as a Scout won her The Governor's Rajya Puraskar Award.
She initially worked as a medical coder trainee in Vee Technologies Pvt Ltd, Salem and presently works at Bangalore Omega Institute.
Kadhal Pesum Varigal is her first work of poetry.
