Know Your Retirement Rights

Author Name: S. Srinivasan | Format: Paperback | Genre : Business, Investing & Management | Other Details

Provident fund, pension and gratuity are the three major retirement benefits available to any workmen/officer in the bank. However, often it is noticed that many employees find it difficult to calculate the retirement benefits themselves and seek the assistance of the Central Office. With more than fifty per cent of employees/officers scheduled to retire within the next five years, there is a need to guide them in this regard.

The book simplifies the whole process by providing the relevant provisions under the Scheme supported by innumerable examples, clarifications and authentic interpretations, culling out relevant pages of his self-publication, the most popular among IOB employees and management: Know Your Rights, self-published by Notion Press, Chennai, India.
