LEGAL RESEARCH METHODOLOGY A reference book for the students of Gauhati University law degree courses.

Author Name: Subham Chatterjee | Format: Paperback | Genre : Reference & Study Guides | Other Details

The word research in itself indicates the vast horizon of the subject that it is a never ending process and every time a new book on the subject comes up, a different perspective of the topics will be brought into the limelight.

There are several books of Research Methodology or Legal Research methodology having covered wide range of topics to give the students a broad idea of the subject, but there is absence of one such book which covers all the aspects of the syllabus as prescribed by the Gauhati university for the students of 5 years B.A.LL.B., B.Com.LL.B., BBA.LL.B. in 6th semester and 3 years LL.B. 3rd semester.

Furthermore, there are some topics contained in the syllabus where the relevant materials are either unavailable in the books or in the internet which creates a state of chaos for the students as far as the examination viewpoint is concerned.

In the backdrop of such events, I was tempted to write the subject in the form of a reference book so that it serves the student community at large by helping them to understand each and every topic lucidly and score marks easily in the exams as after all at the end of the day we are all being judged by what we score in the mark sheets and not by what we know.
