Ms. Pallavi Srivastava is an Assistant Professor at St. John College of Engineering and Management, Palghar, accredited to the University of Mumbai.
She has completed her B.Sc. in Chemistry and thereafter Masters of Management Studies specializing in Human Resources from University of Mumbai. She is a Ph.D. scholar at St. Francis Institute of Management and Research, Borivali.
She has been teaching subjects like Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Stress Management, Organization Development and more.
She has authored and published various research papers in conferences and journals.
Two of her research papers have won the coveted “Best Research Paper” awards at International Conferences.
