Long, Long Ago is a collection of five short stories, intended for children around the ages of 6-12. The words used in the stories are easy to read so that the kids can read on their own. The stories are written in such a way that the rhyming phrases will make it fun to read and to listen.
Each page has a coloured illustration capturing the story being narrated in that page. The stories revolve around imaginary characters like trolls, talking animals and birds, fairies, witches and wizards. All the stories end on a happy note.

After months of narrating made up stories to her little gal, she decided to put some on paper by joining hands with her gal-pal.
Although an avid reader once, now all she gets to do is play pretend.
Pronomita, who is often asked by her son if she is a witch and can wriggle her nose to do some magic, enjoys spinning stories for Avik to make him eat bitter gourds or stop monkeying around.
An IIM-Ahmedabad graduate, with a successful career in financial services, Pronomita is the mother of three adorable sons (including 2 four-legged furry golden retrievers), and spends her time juggling work, home and her passion for creative writing.
