This book 'Meditation' aims to be a guiding book for individuals who seek a calm state and solace despite the chaos and noise around them. Having experienced the benefits of meditation for the first time, this book is born out of my desire to encourage many people to benefit from meditation, even if they are new-born. I mean there won't be 10 minutes of welfare. For me, I came to know that I was fatigued either due to physical, emotional or mental stress. I notice that I naturally feel away from the small things that I enjoy and feel tired almost every time. Then, I was introduced to meditation and I cannot tell you how the experience has been.

From my many experiences, I am going to share it with everyone and I would like to agree that it encouraged me to decide to write a book about it. An event organized for the elderly was me and my volunteer team, we called it as Honor Day. Just one day before the event, I was helping to move chairs and other heavy stuff and because I am not really used to wasting that energy. I began to have pain and was assigned the next day to serve food and drink to the elderly. Then on the day of the event, after being on my feet for about 2 hours, I could feel the pain from the previous day's tingling and my spine was almost giving up and the duration of the event was 6 hours, meaning 6 hours of standing.
