A simple man against all odds, who born and brought up in the city of Allahabad, Vipin Kumar Soni having Bachelor degree in Hindi Literature and Law with Diploma of Hindi Journalism and Data Prepration and Computer Software, comes from a middle class family and served for Irrigation and Water Resources Department of Government of Uttar Pradesh. His writing interest of poetry fallowed since 1986. Some of his poetries published in local newspaper and magazine. He is Second Positioned awardee of “Akhil Bhartiya Yuva Kavi Pratiyogita 1996” a competition organized by “SHALABH” (Literary, Cultural and Social Organization), Allahabad.
