The ill-fated man escapes back to Sudan where he is tried and sentenced to be hanged. Will he die in the gallows of Sudan or will he escape his fate? Will he ever see his home again?

This story takes you on a vivid journey through the geography, history, and antiquity of the region, up and down the Nile River for a 4700 kilometre 'Trail of the Innocent,' and to the actual parade and shooting of the President. It explores the emotions of the Indians in peril.
