This is the story of Anjan, a newly appointed headmaster of a village school. The entire story revolves around the school and the village. The story exposes how Anjan finds that problems do not frighten him, rather they attract him. He realises that problem is not the problem; rather problem is one’s attitude towards a particular problem. The same philosophy is gradually transmitted into the common people of the village. Earlier they used to complain about everything and learnt to compromise with them, but after Anjan’s advent they started finding ways of solving them. They even form an agro-based economy that does not depend on any govt. initiatives.
