Ajit Mathur
Ajit has a PhD in services management from Mumbai University, India, with an honors degree in mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Jaipur and a postgraduate degree in industrial engineering from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai.
He has over three decades of rich corporate experience in a variety of organizations—leading Indian companies, a joint venture and a subsidiary of a global company. He was the Managing Director of Sky Gourmet, India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gate Group, Switzerland. Earlier, he worked for the Taj Group, a Tata company.
Pursuing his passion for culture, he founded Right Culture, a start-up with a mission to help organizations achieve superior performance by taking ownership of their culture. He strongly believes that culture plays a pivotal role in shaping an organization’s future and that leadership, in turn, should proactively shape culture.
He is based in Gurgaon, India.
