Ghanshyam Pant is a Mumbai-based Management Consultant who has worked closely with several business groups in India, Thailand and Indonesia. He has helped his clients in aligning their organizations to their strategic vision through his expertise in Balanced Scorecard, and in winning prestigious awards through his guidance in Business Excellence model implementation.
Before embarking on a consulting career, he worked in reputed organizations in the areas of Project Management, Operations and General Management. People are his passion. He believes that given proper support and environment, people can reach their potential and exceed their own expectations. This book is about his experience in Marico, an FMCG company, where he was responsible for setting up a plant in Kerala in the early 1990s.
