Bikash Paul Choudhury
Yudhajit alias Bikash Paul Choudhury retired as the Chief Engineer of Meghalaya in 2017, in which capacity he headed the Public Health Engineering Department of the State. After doing his Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, he completed the Master in Engineering in Public Health from the All India Institute of Hygiene& Public Health, Kolkata.
