R.P Dobhal is a post graduate in English, Economics and M.Ed. He has the experience of about 40 years of teaching, educational administration and training. He has headed the training institutes of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti at Chandigarh and Ghaziabad. Besides, he has been Assistant Commisioner in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Chandigarh. He is known for his academic acumenship, teachers training, educational planning and administration. After his retirement he has also served Sri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission Dehradun, one of the largest education body in North India as an Education Officer.
Shri RP Dobhal has the distinction of being an effective teacher trainer, academician and administrator. He has been sharing his vast and varied experiences in India as well as abroad. He is still into the field of training and conducts several training programs for educational administrators and teachers. Apart from dealing with several areas of teacher training, he is an expert of dealing with effective teaching-learning strategies. During his tenure as head of exclusively residential schools, he always experimented the tools and techniques to update the skills of the staff.
