Dr. Tahir Sufi is a Professor & Deputy Director with Amity School of Hospitality, Amity University, Noida. With over twenty years’ experience in academics and industry, he has worked with some of the best Hotel chains like Le Meridian, Hilton and Best Western in UK, India, and the Middle East. He has a rich academic experience of having worked as Principal of several hotel management colleges. He is an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. He has pursued M.Sc. Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University, UK and Ph.D. in Business Administration (in the area of Hotel Classification) from IKG Punjab Technical University. He has written several papers on Hotel rating systems and other topics for top international journals.
