Sanjay Bhattacharyahas ample experience in the industry, academics, and international developmental organisation. He did his Master’s in Social Work, MPhil, LLB, and also obtained Post graduate diplomas in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and HRD. He earned doctorate in the area of Training and Development from the faculty of Social Sciences, Barkatullah University, India. He has designed & successfully conducted a wide range of training and leadership development programs for Government as well as Non-government organisations. Besides contributing research papers to various National & International journals, and developing course materials; he has authored several books. Jon Byler has a passion for teaching, writing, and leadership development. He earned a Master’s Degree in Organisational Leadership from Regent University. He has authored several books. He especially enjoys serving the leaders who build the church. Jon served in Kenya for 13 years and in different capacities in the church including pastoral ministry and leadership development. He lives with his wife, Loice in East Petersburg, PA. USA; and are the parents of three children. He currently serves in Global Disciples as the Vice President for LEAD, the Leadership Training phase of this organisation.
