Pooja Bhat Dubey
Pooja Bhat Dubey is a civil servant who is driven by the desire to serve the nation undauntedly. She was born in district Budgam near Srinagar(J&K) and her family relocated to Delhi in early 1990’s during the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits. Pooja did her engineering in electronics and communications from I.E.T. Lucknow. She has been writing for many years now and calls poetry her companion in the journey of self-discovery. She writes under the nom de plume of ‘RestlessMind’ on various online platforms.
The author is presently posted in Pune and serves in the capacity of Deputy Controller of Defence Accounts under Ministry of Defence (Finance)
