Nayak Singhvi, a cloth merchant of Hyderabad marries Kasturi Naidu. Kasturi has a similar looking sister named Shipra, who is suffering from an incurable disease. Kasturi runs away with the gums and plans to kill Nayak for her survival. The fight between them turns lethal and the cyanide goes into her stomach. But Kasturi defeats death by her swift skill, and ultimately, she wins the battle by killing her romantic rascal husband Nayak Singhvi.
