Darpan Chitkara
Darpan Chitkara is a 19-year old college going girl who believes in dreams. She feels that people take their lives for granted, and don’t properly contemplate how much of a gift it is. She tries to find beauty in the small and undervalued things. She bonds with people who intellectualize ordinary substances. She feels that the allure towards light is what makes people ignore their darkness and flaws, which most people try to escape rather than embrace. Thanks to her mother, she has been reading books since she was five years old, and has henceforth become an addiction. According to her, literature is the greatest power of all. Through books, a person gets to live in two different worlds- one of their own and one which is happening inside of the book. With her extraordinary penmanship, she carves her way with the words. She thinks that every writer is a story teller and every story teller has a superpower to help the reader take a trip into their vivid imagination and see the new world that has been created for them.
