His dedication to education is underscored by his role as a visiting or guest faculty member at more than forty prestigious business schools in India and his participation in governing boards and organizing committees for international conferences. Dr. Gupta's extensive educational background includes being a gold medalist for outstanding academic performance at the Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad and achieving top rank as an undergraduate at Delhi University's Sri Ram College of Commerce.
