Stop Depression

Author Name: Vijay Patidar | Format: Paperback | Genre : Health & Fitness | Other Details

Depression is quite chronic in its nature, a disease that affords a person to self-pity, be suspicious of their own self-worth and be trapped in the negative energies of stress, fear, anxiety and panic. Depression, as with every other disease, has its symptoms and causes. However, the disease only worsens when the victim is caught in a vicious cycle. He gets trapped in his past, gets trapped in his fear, He is controlled by his thoughts and starts to dive into the trough of depression. The cycle of fear must be broken because fear causes depression. The fear of being hunted for a lifetime needs to be overcome with willpower and practical effort. A person must engage in creative activities that distract him and learn to master his thoughts. He should be able to distinguish between deceptively unrealistic negative and fearful thoughts and real positive energies derived from creative activities. He must trust all his faith in God, his divinity and unconditional love, and allow time to allay worries.
