What makes a city?
• The society and its requirements.
• When one roams in a city, what remains in the memory of the city are its visuals, the structures seen with nature.
• The structures are requirements of the society, the Living areas, Commerical buildings, Government buildings, places of Worship, and of course, Institutes, Colleges, Schools.
•The places of Worship and Institutes, Colleges, Schools, Campuses remain for over a century or maybe centuries.
• The Architecture of these Institutes, Colleges and Schools make
'ARCHITECURE A SOCIAL ART, A FUNCTIONAL ART.
• This Archituture of visual sensuality through its various aspects of Vibrant Forms, Volumes, Skylines, Textures is unfolded here through some of the specialized Institutes and structures designed and implimented by me, forming some of the landmarks of the city.

Architect Vijaya Yadav
Architect Vijaya Pramod Yadav (maiden name Vijaya Govindrao Pawar) was born in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The schools she attended were from all over India as her father was in the Military Engineering Services and was posted in all parts of India. The Architectural Colleges were limited in the seventies, thus she was back in Pune and completed her five year achitectural studies from Abhinav Kala Vidyalay. For someone who was initially set for a career in medicine, it was very difficult to persuade her family to permit her to become an Architect.
After completing her Architectural study, she enrolled for Post-Graduation in Town Planning in the College Of Engineering Pune (COEP).
It was during this time, a few months into the course, that an Asiatic Institute approached her to design an Academic centre for them. This first huge project was completed in 1981 under her firm's name 'Pawar V.G. and associates. Later, after her marriage, it became 'Vijaya Yadav Architects and Planners'
Since then, Institute Design became the chief focus of her work. She has designed and implimented 45 and more Institutes, Collges, Schools and Campuses
