Lalita Anand
Dr. Lalita Anand, a distinguished scholar from Hyderabad, boasts an impressive academic background with a Ph.D. in Corporate Finance from IIT Madras, an MBA in Finance from Kakatiya University, and an MSc in Mathematics from Osmania University. Her diverse academic expertise has fueled a prolific career spanning over three decades in teaching and research.
Driven by her experiences as a mother of two, Dr. Anand founded the Teenage Foundation, an NGO dedicated to the holistic development and safety of teenagers. The foundation offers workshops, innovative activities, and counseling sessions to support and mentor adolescents during their formative years.
As a Senior Researcher at ISB, Dr. Anand contributed to impactful case studies and pioneering
research. Her academic influence was further solidified during her tenure as an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Public Policy at the Administrative Staff College of India.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Anand is passionate about classical dancing and Ghazal singing. She is married to Mr. C. V. Anand, an IPS officer, and is the proud mother of a Professional Cricketer and an Animator. Her life is a testament to her dedication to education, research, and societal betterment.
