Manu Asok holds a Master’s degree and a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Yoga. He holds certification in Yoga & Vedanta from all major Yoga institutes in India, namely, Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, Bihar, Sivananda, Rishikesh, Kaivalyadhama, Pune, SVyasa Bangalore & Yoga Institute Mumbai.
