Health tasks - Health issues, doctor visits, periods tracking for women, symptom tracking, fasting, yoga, exercise, meditation and diet
Self growth tasks - Good deeds, Earth hour, lessons learnt, recycle a product, clean prayer items, read a book, no computer and gadgets day!

There is also a full year calendar at the end to note down important days of the year!This calendar can surely help everyone of us to manage our life better and enable us to complete our tasks on a regular basis!
