The chapter three explains whether the effect of house space occupancy and building characteristics can influence on householder electricity energy use. The chapter four explains whether it has relationship between the householder income and the electricity energy needs as well as whether how to evaluate the subsidies and social tariffs to assist lower income earners to analyze household energy consumption more accurate. Final chapter explains how technology help our future societies any kinds of businesses may reduce cost expenditure to bring cost reducing effect advantages
