Dr Sunder Goyal (Author) has been a professor and head of the surgery department at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad. Before, he was prof & head of surgery at Kalpana Chawla Medical College Karnal, BPS Medical College for Girls, Khanpur, Sonipat. He has got over 40 years of surgical experience and is a recognised university teacher and examiner for graduate and postgraduate medical courses. He is a trained endoscopic and laparoscopic surgeon. He is on the editorial board of many journals and is a life member of many medical organisations, including IMA, ASI, USI, FAIGES, HIS and ELSA (Singapore).
