Ekta Bhatnagar believes that life is short and you should do everything possible. Thus she not only writes, but also loves to draw, click pictures, dance, travel, cook and do just about anything that comes her way.
A mass communication graduate, Ekta's love for writing started in the year 2006. She has worked with an advertising agency and also a Finance corporate, but hated listening to a boss telling her what to do and what not to do.
She married an army officer in 2009 and then went on to teach students at various schools in Mumbai and Punjab. She loves working with children as she feels she gets the best ideas from them. Ekta has now been working as a freelance writer.
'The B.R.A.Ts of Durpur' is her first fiction novel for children aged between 6 to12 years.
