Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalHumanity was paused during the Pandemic with The Great Lockdown- and all of us were compelled to think of the basis of survival anyways. Today we stand on the dilemma of rapidly reclaiming what is lost (economy); or taking a responsible approach for the recovery, which could be slow but sustainable - which one should we choose?! Dr. Anju Dave Vaish, a Sustainability Communications professional and creator, TRYforGOOD explores it with the young entrepreneurs to give an echo and assurance to her thoughts. That the transition of power to CHANGE the world, set new trends, or make new revolutionary breakthroughs, is precisely in the hands of this generation now. This book brings together the DO GOODER MILLENNIALS from Japan to Brazil, USA to Israel, India, Malayisa, Africa; who are diverse in almost everything- geography, ethnicity, culture or language. But they sure have one thing in common i.e. being driven by ‘PURPOSE’ and hunger to ‘BRING THE CHANGE.’ From Air, Water, Food to Shelter and Clothing; this books reminds us BACK TO BASICS for survival. It also discusses problems of energy consumption and pollution rising due to rapid urbanization, capitalism and overconsumption alongwith some solutions and steps taken for sustainable business and development.
