After graduation in electrical engineering and MBA subsequently, he worked in the oil and gas industry and has more than thirty-five years of experience in various capacities, both technical and administrative. His interest in subjects like philosophy, psychology and in-depth study of Hindu religious scriptures has helped him stand in good stead. His writings are simple, lucid and his two previous books were sold within no time. His simplicity, no-nonsense approach, straightforwardness and helping people in need are well-known among his peers and subordinates. His religious bent of mind with reasoning is well-known. He loves playing golf and tennis regularly.
At present, he is into consulting in oil and gas industry, city gas distribution, project management, integrated risk management, cathodic protection and auditing, to name a few. He lives in Bhubaneswar with his family and two children.
