The Conscious Way of Living

Author Name: Mradul Jain | Format: Paperback | Genre : Self-Help | Other Details

In a world that is growing busier and more disconnected, many of us yearn for deeper meaning and fulfilment. The Conscious Way of Living offers a path to achieve just that, helping us become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, aligning them with our values and purpose. Thousands of years ago, people embraced awareness and conscious living, a concept later acknowledged by modern science. I strive to share elements of ancient Indian wisdom through real-life stories, where the names have been changed to preserve confidentiality.

In ancient India, conscious living thrived, obscured only by the walls of religion, faith, and superstition. By adopting these teachings, you can experience a transformative shift in your perspective towards life.

Mradul Jain

Mradul Jain is a diverse personality and an experienced therapist. He founded the Brain and Vision company, following his passion to explore the complexities of the brain and the various healing techniques for disorders based on modern neuroscience and Indian Vedic Science. He has worked for over ten years as a therapist with children, adults, and many NGOs, expanding his work from child-parent counselling to corporate training and stress management.

His journey of healing was strengthened in Auroville through a unique experiment where men and women from across the globe live in peace and progressive harmony, transcending religion, politics and nationalities. The purpose of Auroville is to realise human unity. During his journey as a therapist in Auroville, he decided to build a well-being centre and research lab to bridge the gap between modern neuroscience and Indian Vedic science, creating a space where the rich and the poor could stay together and work on their well-being without medications, at an affordable price. The journey to bring that idea to fruition led him to France, where he now lives with his wife, Christine, who shares his passion.
