The Golden Touch of Life is a collection of free verse poems written in a sequence, narrating the life of a character that spans over 5 decades. Each poem portrays a specific incident along a timeline in the character’s life and recites the shades of emotions he goes through during the events. The poems center around the themes of love, tragedy and hope mixed with emotions of happiness and grey.
Dr. Rithvik Rai
Born and raised in the city of Mangalore in Karnataka, Dr. Rithvik Rai is currently a part of the NHS and is practicing in the UK. Aside from being a doctor, he also spends his time writing, playing his guitar or trying his hand at abstract art. Dr. Rai believes in exploring writing to its fullest extent. His first book, Love Untouched, was a novella; his latest release, The Golden Touch of Life, is a collection of poetry in free verse.
