Otul Jerang
Otul Jerang hails from Pasighat, a small town in the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. He has recently completed his master's in English literature from Jawaharlal Nehru College at Rajiv Gandhi University.
He is currently one of the thousands of unemployed but proud youths in the country. This is his debut book. He hopes to see more fruits of his hands in the days to come.
