Whenever I am asked about this particular question that," what inspired you to start an NGO"? I actually take a pause to recollect my thoughts. The question itself is very intriguing and to answer it I have to divide my life into chapters or sections to mention what really made this happen. Although its a known fact that every situation offers us an opportunity to make a choice yet there are times when you are the chosen one. In my case the later one is true but still I would like to say I chose to thread the path for which I was chosen. The reason being I always had the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to do it or not.
This book is a testimony to the journey of the inner calling, to all those turmoils , struggles that one encounters to really discover their true purpose of life. I believe life is very simple we neednt try to complicate it with logic, philosophies, societal conditioning or idealistic perspectives. It is not perfect and the jorney shouldnt be of perfection rather it should be meaningful. The meaning that gives your life a goal, a purpose and if not anything just inner peace. You neednt akin the meaning of life to the one that the society , cultural , religious, political, entertainment media or our ethicity defines but the one that gives you inner contentment with joy. To all those readers out there who need an answer to their inner calling. I hope this book will help them get some solace.

By profession, Arpita Chatterjee is a homoeopath doctor running her own clinic named Healing Centre. She is currently working as a H.O.D& an Associate professor in the Department of Pathology & Microbiology at the Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. She has also run an NGO named the World Healing Society Foundation for the last 9 yrs. The foundation works for animal, human and environmental welfare.
She has won several awards like Pride of Vadodara 2019, Chattarpati Shivaji awards 2019, and Women achievers award by Parul University in 2021
Recently She received Global Fame Award 2021 By Bipasha Basu in Kolkatta & also the Best NGO for Social awarenessAward 2022 at the Constitution Club Of India by Honourable Speaker Of Delhi Assembly , Shri Ramniwas goyal from the National Achiever’s Recognition Forum.
