Ananya Kakkar is a 11-year-old author whose favourite subjects in school are History and English. In her free time, she loves writing books, keeping a personal diary, playing the guitar, and reading.
Ananya’s passion for storytelling started when she was just five years old, after watching ‘Frozen’ in theatres. Inspired by the movie, she grabbed some paper, stuck them together with glue, and began writing her own stories, complete with illustrations. With every book she read, she found new ideas to write about, from adventure to nature, and hasn't stopped since.
Ananya’s twin sister helps her illustrate and reads all her stories, which brings her great happiness. She hopes to one day become a world-famous author and encourages young children to dream as big as they want and write from their hearts.
