The Memories Thoughts I had...

Author Name: Srishti Wadhwa | Format: Paperback | Genre : Poetry | Other Details

About the book-

This book contains some poetries which are very near to my heart. All of these poetries are actual experiences and thoughts I have had at some moment in my life. These thoughts were just once a part of me, but now they are a part of anyone who reads this book. I have been writing this book for a very long time now. In fact some poems were written at actual time of those experiences. I have always believed that writing has so much more power than speaking and that's why I am trying to make an influence over people with my writing. I love when people come to me and says, 'We really liked your book' And that's when I feel like I am making an actual difference. There are manuscripts saved somewhere in my laptop waiting to get published. It was an amazing experience writing, editing and illustrating the book. According to me the poetries in this book are the best I have ever written. I really hope you will enjoy reading them.

Srishti Wadhwa

Hi! I am Srishti Wadhwa currently a senior in high school. I am an author, blogger and an artist too. I started writing two years back and never really thought I would blend into writing so well. And lately, writing has become a huge part of my life.

From the time I was barely able to write to publishing my own books, I have grown a lot. Writing has taught me so many beautiful things. It has taught me to look at life in a different way and most importantly it has taught me that anyone can write.

In fact writing poetry was never my cup of tea, but slowly and gradually I learned that poetry is and not just a few lines with poetic devices and rhyming schemes but it's more like emotions oozing out of paper.

Writing has changed me as a person, and now I love to see everything from a different perspective. Writing has helped me to explore those parts of myself that I never knew existed. So from the person I was years ago and the person I am today, I owe it all to writing. Honestly, there are so many ways in which writing has changed me, the list would be very long if I tried stating all of them.

But one thing I know for sure is that every change that writing brought in me was positive.

And my journey in the world of writing has just started, it is still a long way, but I know I will reach the end.
