Colonel M P Dinesh

Colonel M P Dinesh is an Ex-GTO, with a vast experience in training and assessment. During his tenure with the Indian Army he has been an instructor at the prestigious Indian Military Academy and Infantry School. A combined passion for training and assessment fetched him a posting a Defence Institute Psychological Research a DRDO establishment, that trains officers from Army, Airforce, Navy and Coast Guard for assessment duties as Interviewing officer, Psychologist and GTOs. 

He has authored a book on Group Testing during his tenure at DIPR. His training acumen were put to test and validated during tenure with NCC wherein he was instrumental in training cadets in NCC- The Prime Minister’s Baton for Best Cadet. Under his guidance 6 out of 12 Cadets that he trained got the coveted Best Cadet position and three others got the bronze medal in the Best Cadet Category. The officer with passion for training and inspiring self development in others employs unique and effective measures to ensure lasting changes in personality of his mentees. The offices was awared with Vice Chief of Army Staff commendation.
