Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalAncient India called as Bharatvarsha, is home to many mysterious and miraculous stories as well as legends. The inseparable relationship it has, with the mighty Himalayas, the oceans on its sides and the secrets it holds about numerous unfinished tales involving its traditions and culture, are hair raising as well as invigorating at the same time. Shankh, which was and is a very important part of almost every household in Bharatvarsha, carries a legacy that may take decades to write about. This book talks about a very small part of it and explores what can happen when more than a thousand-year-old Shankh carries a message from the rich past of Bharat that threatens to destroy the world. Will the world be the same safe place ever or will it be the beginning of the end?
Puneesh Lamba
Puneesh Lamba was born on a night during a blackout in a small town that has one of the biggest Air Force bases in India. The blackout was because of an aerial attack by enemy and even the emergency lights were not allowed. He studied in a school that was inside the Air Force base and since birth he is in awe of the forces; their dedication, their might, and their readiness to sacrifice everything for their country.
An engineer with advanced IT Strategy courses from Kellogg School of Management, Chicago and IIM, Ahmedabad, he is currently the CIO of a large Indian Conglomerate and has worked in the corporate world for 27 years in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Since childhood, he has created and narrated many stories but never wrote any of them. He took this leap after mulling the idea for a long time, and finally wrote this book on the possibilities of events, if one of the many mysteries from the rich heritage of Bharatvarsha came out and how twenty first century humans may handle them.
