Born in an almost orthodox roman catholic family the paradigm shift from religion to spirituality though unintentional was inevitable. Kidney stone issues opened the doors of Yoga where he did the basics in Hatha Yoga at the Ambika Yoga Centre, a three months course in body cleansing techniques called shuddi kriya and thereafter a nine month course in Pranayam (breathing techniques. After being initiated by his Guru Lehari Mahasaya, he took life membership at the Kriya Yoga centre in Ranchi which is driven by Maha avatar Babaji, this stream of yoga is rooted in Sanatana Dharma. In 1999 a Buddhist visited him to wish him merry Christmas bearing a Christmas gift for him, the statue of Lord Shiva and thus started his journey in Bhakti Yoga, the meditation practices by default open the doors of Jnana Yoga and a profound understanding of Karma Yoga.
During the lockdown he was stuck at an altitude of 7500ft for eighty days where he was exposed to some very beautiful mystical moments, hence this book.
