Huang Fenglin
Huang Fenglin, a member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Quxian County, Sichuan Province in 1985. He has a professional background in chemistry, law and Marxism. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2012 with a master's degree in law. He is currently working in Office of the Cyberspace Affairs Commission of Tibet Autonomous Region.
