An innate seeker and a passionate traveller, Vinod Singh Bisht belongs to the beautiful hill station Almora, in the state of Uttarakhand.
Since the age of eight, Vinod was fascinated by the idea of telling stories. By the time he completed his engineering, he had understood that it was writing which excited him more than a job at an MNC. Obviously, it didn’t go well with his family. Under parental pressure, he had to take a job as an officer in a government organization.
But, the love for writing kept flourishing. Finally, with the release of his book, Those Restless Days, he resigned from the job to become a full-time author.
And, the family is yet to know about it.
