Lydia Shirley Stephenson, M.A., B.Ed., M.Phil., P.G.D. ELT., is an English teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She is renowned for her unique style of student centered teaching-learning methodologies. Her dissertation on Anita Nair's works titiled "Revolt Against Rrepress" received first class and was marked as highly commendable. She thinks every teaching-learning experience is a research in intself. She is one of the resource persons of the Teacher Empowerment Programme conducted by AMM Foundation. The author has also publish another book ttitled "PepTalk", a compilation of her Morning Assembly Talks and tips to help people to give short speeches in English before gatherings.
