Shalini Singh is a professional singer with almost 5000 songs in Indian films and albums in 16 different languages. She is a voracious reader speeding through 30-40 books a year amidst her busy schedule. This was cranked up many notches when she became a mother and would buy truckloads of books to read to her son. She would make up stories and also change the stories that she was reading to her son thus slowly sparking the interest to write her own stories. She turned writer when she decided to write her very own Musical - 'Adi & Ashi's Indian Adventure', where the main aim was to bring India to children in a fun and unique way.
