Zara Garg
Zara Garg is a high school student in Brentwood, Tennessee. Her passion for environmental issues stems from her interactions with her Science teacher in 6th grade who inspired her to cultivate a deeper understanding about this crucial subject. Along with knowledge came the realization that the awareness needs to start at an earlier age in the future generations for the change to be grassroots, inclusive and sustainable. Growing up in a beach town in Connecticut, she is specifically interested in deep diving into plastic pollution. Writing this children’s story is her way to generate awareness in young kids.
