Kiran Aidhi is a seasoned HR professional who has worked across six different industries. She has worked in every aspect of HR, ranging from performance management, organization development, leadership development, culture journey, and executive coaching. She has extensive experience in HR strategy and HR transformation.
During her corporate career spanning over 25 years, Kiran has been associated with organizations like Airtel, Accenture, Le Royal Meridien, Hutchison 3 Global Services (now Tech Mahindra Business Services), Virtusa, and KFintech. She has led various HR functions across these organizations, with the latest being Chief People Officer (CPO) in KFintech.
She is an Associated Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation, a Master NLP Practitioner, an Organization Development and Change Practitioner from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences, a U-Theory Practitioner, and a Certified Mediator from the Indian Institute of Mediation and Arbitration.
