Brinda Rao-Pothuraju is a writer from Scarsdale, New York. She began her writing career in 2015 and has won awards at regional and national levels in the Scholastic Art & Writing and other competitions. Additionally, publications like “Creative Communications” and “The High School Poets of America” have published her work in their anthologies. Brinda plans to continue her writing career in college. Her writing touches upon contemporary issues of love, identity, coming of age, and sexuality. When she’s not writing, Brinda can be found running with her Cross Country team or baking.
