Upasana Borah is currently pursuing her B.B.A LL.B(Hons) in Constitutional Law from N.E.F Law College affiliated to Gauhati Universty, Assam (2016-2021). Throughout during her graduation, she was actively engaged in the research area. She has published various research papers in international and national journals in the field and has been a part of various international and national conferences. She writes in blogs and various online law platforms like Lex Life India, Advocates Pedia Foundation, Lex Jura Law Journal and Law Times Journal. She published three articles in The Journey of Women’s Rights in the Modern Era and five research papers in an upcoming book, Global Thoughts and Opinions, edited by Hon’ble Justice A.K. SIKRI and published by Indian National Law Review under the aegis of Justice Dipak Misra ‘National Call for Chapters’ 2020. She published her research paper on “Recognition To The Rights Of Transgenders: The Need Of The Hour” in the format of book. She holds the Asia Book of Records, India Book of Records and Assam Book of Records for writing the maximum number of research paper by an individual on law. She also successfully holds the title of ‘Young Researcher’ from Institute of Scholars.
