He worked in the Mumbai HeadQuarters (18 years), for most of his career and grew from an Assistant Manager to Assistant General Manager. In 2002, he was transferred to Chennai and in 2013, he got promoted as Deputy General Manager.  Later, in 2016, he got transferred to Tiruvananthapuram and got promoted yet again in 2018 as General Manager. In 2019, he was transferred to his hometown, Bangalore where he retired from his service on May 31, 2020.
Mr. Srinivas is an ardent literature enthusiast. He writes mostly in Kannada. His writings of articles, poems and a few stories are published not only in e-mode on the internet but also in a few newspapers.
