Swetha Murugavel was born and raised in Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. From a young age, her parents encouraged her to develop a love for reading, often asking her to read the newspaper during her summer holidays. This early exposure to reading laid the foundation for her future storytelling endeavors.
Swetha's passion for modern technology and gadgets led her to pursue a bachelor's and master's degree in Computer Science at Fatima College. It was during her college days that she discovered her passion for storytelling. The college library became a sanctuary where she immersed herself in books beyond her academic curriculum.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Swetha began writing fanfiction stories on social media writing platforms, sharing her creativity with a growing audience. Inspired by the positive feedback, she started to write her debut fictional work, My Destiny is with Him, in 2023.
Beyond writing, Swetha enjoys binge-watching movies and series and spending quality time with her family. She is working on her next novel, which explores the intricacies of contemporary romance.
