In essence, my research emphasizes that while online platforms offer efficiency, the underlying mechanisms that drive consumer attraction and conversion are deeply intertwined with emotional appeal. This includes creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, leveraging psychological triggers like time pressure, and utilizing social media to foster emotional connections and trust.
