I was born in a small town Supaul, which is a now a district town of Bihar, India. I completed my schooling from Williams Multipurpose School, Supaul.
After that I got myself admitted in Katihar College, Katihar in BSc Part-1. Those days BSc was a three year's course. I could not complete my BSc course because I got an admission in the Indian School of Mines (Now IIT/ISM), Dhanbad. I completed B Tech in Mining Engineering.
Later I completed my Graduation in Law from Betul Law College, Betul, Madhya Pradesh.
I did a short-term course from NITIE, Mumbai and short-term certificate course on Science of Happiness of Berkley, USA through edX, Geneva. I retired as General Manager from Coal India.
